An Esper ("Infinite Trigger") who arrives in Nova City with fragmented memories, the Captain wields Chaos Liquid: organic tendrils used to swing between skyscrapers, pull objects from the environment and unleash area attacks. The only announced character with unrestricted swinging traversal.
