ANANTA glossary
Every recurring term of Nova City in one place — factions, powers, organisations and codenames, each with what official sources have confirmed and links to the full pages.

The supernatural force at the heart of ANANTA: it leaks into Nova City, warps everyday reality and causes the anomalies the city's agencies exist to contain.
Esper
A person granted a "trigger" ability by Chaos.
Infinite Trigger
The proper name of the Captain's Esper ability.
Chaos Liquid
The living tendrils the Captain wields: they pull objects from the environment, yank enemies into range, detonate in area attacks and — uniquely in the roster — enable free swinging between skyscrapers.
A.C.D. — Anti-Chaos Directorate
The task force built to handle serious Chaos incidents, fallen on hard times before the story begins.

The maid cafe managed by Aileen and Nova City's recognised neutral ground: rival factions can share a table here without drawing weapons.
Shorewater Industries
One of Nova City's corporations — and, notably, the employer of a ghost: Mechanika clocks in here.

A fictional fashion brand of Nova City — the face of ANANTA's cosmetics economy, where outfit shopping is an in-world activity.
Paradox Plaza
A buzzing public square of Nova City, named in official tourism-board flavor text as a street-surfing hotspot — one of the first districts named for the game.
Glimmergold
An entertainment quarter of Nova City the in-game tourism board recommends for "marathon gaming sessions" — a nod to the arcades and venues players will be able to enter.
Delirium Block
The underground art district of Nova City — home turf of the graffiti scene and of Bansy, whose combat kit literally paints the city.
City Link
The central transit hub of Nova City where every metro line converges; the E line runs underground.
Naked Rain

NetEase Games
The publisher behind ANANTA and one of the world's largest games companies.
ANANTA (name)

Meteor disaster
The catastrophe that shadows ANANTA's whole story, officially tied to Chaos.
Loadout
ANANTA's GTA-style quick weapon wheel: firearms from assault rifles to grenade launchers and flamethrowers, shared by every crew member on top of their signature abilities.
