Seymour is the crew's tech specialist — one of the four characters shown alongside the Captain, Taffy and Richie in official TGS materials, which places him inside the reborn A.C.D. task force from early on.
His toolkit is reconnaissance first: he deploys a drone for espionage, scouting spaces the crew hasn't entered yet. In a roster of brawlers and drivers, Seymour is the eyes.
His second trick defines ANANTA's tone: hacking billboards and jumbotrons. It's an ability aimed at the interactive city itself — exploration and mischief rather than damage — and official material uses him to make exactly that point about the game's design.
How far the hacking reaches is the tantalizing question: Nova City runs on screens, phones and networked infrastructure, and organisations like Eonbug already fight in that layer. A playable hacker suggests systems the game hasn't fully shown.
Seymour was playable at TGS 2025 with the rest of the demo four (timeline). Unknown: his combat kit when the drone isn't enough, his faction background before the task force, and his profession-based progression.
